Dr. Rubenstein has been in the veterinary practice for over 40 years and opened Victory Veterinary Practice in 1989. He is an AVMA Honorary Member and is ready to care for your pet as if it is his own.

Distance is absolutely great not expensive and how's the love for pets that really makes him do the right job got to check him out he's pretty good it's only 62 bucks for a half for a visit and the rest of it is his shots and everything like that are pretty cheap too

We've taken our dogs here for about 20 years - Dr. Allen is a skilled, compassionate vet who is always a pleasure. He has won our trust time and time again. The office staff wonderful and cannot be praised highly enough. Animals cannot tell you what's wrong when they are ill and a Dr. and staff like this are who you need. I cannot recommend Dr. Allen and his staff highly enough.
